Different prices between stores & on-line

Just wanted to warn everyone who orders from the stores. Apparently some items are priced differently from the catalogue/Internet and the stores. We found this was our problem with our order the other day. The Victorian Valise is listed as $14 on-line and in the catalogue, but is $18 at the NY store. We called the store and the person we spoke to told us this is the case on a few items. He didn't know why, but they just were. We've never had anyone tell us the total charge or the cost for each item for a store order before so we didn't know the prices could be different. Just to let you know you might want to get them to quote you the price to make sure you aren't paying extra or messing up your shipping level.

Kim! I thought you knew! Yes AGP stores do not have the same specials as online! There are NO sales at AGP, only those $12 outfits. Sorry about the mishap, but still, that lady should had been more friendly!!!!!No matter what! She should had also told you about the difference! her fault, not yours! [img]graemlins/rose.gif[/img]

/Ria, I think she's talking about regular prices, the valise is not on sale.

Ria, the items that are different prices aren't specials on-line. On some items the regular Internet/catalogue price is lower than the regular store price. If the Internet has a special, I've been able to get the stores to sell the items at the Internet price. What surprised me is that these are regular items that are different prices, not something that is on sale on-line.
